Acupuncture
Acupuncture stimulates the body's natural ability to heal itself by manipulation of tiny needles in specific points.
Both the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
and the World Health Organization (WHO) recognize
Acupuncture as a low-risk alternative
to traditional health care.
Ear Acupuncture is the stimulation of acupuncture points located on the outer ear. These points correspond to other locations on the body, and can relieve pain in the joints and muscles, stimulate the organs and the brain itself, relieve stress, and achieve a number of other therapeutic effects for the patient. Most conditions treatable by full-body acupuncture respond equally well to ear treatment. Patients are needled while seated in a group setting and visits last approximately 30 minutes.

Community Acupuncture is revolutionizing the way we view Chinese medicine in the United States. By treating multiple patients in a quiet communal setting, practitioners are able to provide an affordable alternative to traditional private sessions without compromising the individualized quality of care. Patients receive full-body treatments in fully reclining chairs and herbal medicine consultations are included.
